Payment :
Handover of keys :
The keys are handed over at the reception of the domain, after verification of the payment in full and the deposit deposited online by SWIKLY (10 days before the rental).
Rentals outside July and August
Weekdays, from 9 am and return no later than 7 pm
At weekends, 2 options (please specify when booking):
- Friday from 4 p.m. for a return on Sunday before 3 p.m.
- Or on Saturday from 4 p.m. for a return on Monday morning before 10 a.m.
Possibility of rental from Friday to Monday morning with supplement
July and August: daily hire only from 9am to 7pm. No parties.
In order to respect the peace and quiet of the campsite, no public address systems are permitted.
Noise and sound :
Before signing the room hire contract for your event, please take note of the following clauses relating to noise pollution:
No party is complete without music, games and entertainment. To make sure that nothing interferes with your happiness, it's a good idea to read this article on noise pollution regulations, in other words, the noise that you and your guests are allowed to make. Loud music, sound systems, shouting, dancing and singing are all sources of noise pollution that can disturb the peace and quiet of nearby residents and estate guests. The offence can be recorded even if just one person in the neighbourhood complains to the gendarmerie or the local police station about too much noise or noise pollution. It is essential to turn down the sound from 1 a.m. onwards so as not to disturb the neighbours. It's best to plan ahead so as not to be surprised on the big day. You are authorised to hire a DJ to provide the evening's entertainment, but the DJ must be informed.
Any breach of this rule may result in €250 being deducted from your deposit (see our general terms and conditions of sale, Art. 7.3).
Use:
At the entrance:
Opposite you, the cupboard where the electrical panel is located. In the event of a power cut, don't hesitate to check that all the circuit breakers are switched on.
In the laundry room, to the right of the electrical panel, you'll find all the cleaning equipment you need: hoover, broom, dustpan and brush, mop and floorcloth.
Household products such as floor, window and sanitary products, cloths and sponges are at your expense.
In the corridor, we have 2 toilets, one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Let's move into the room:
You will find the remote control for the electric shutters. Press the button twice to raise the shutters and twice to lower them. Please remember to close everything when you leave.
At your disposal: Tables, benches and chairs inside, 1 wood-burning stove, 1 video projector, 1 projection screen.
PLEASE NOTE: The room is designed for 40 people.
On the left as you enter the living room, you will find the kitchen area:
1 fridge with freezer compartment, 1 double sink, 1 microwave oven on request.
Let's go outside and get some fresh air:
You'll find a lovely sheltered terrace. A barbecue is at your disposal. Please use charcoal, it is strictly forbidden to use our wood stock, thank you for your understanding.
We remind you that indoor furniture must not be used outdoors.
Vehicle parking and the area around the Salle Michel Levet :
For safety reasons, all vehicles are prohibited from parking in the vicinity of the buildings. The car park below the structure or the large municipal car park will be used.
There must be no obstacles in the way of security vehicles.
The hirer is responsible for keeping the area around the facility clean and quiet.
The manager reserves the right to charge for any damage caused.
We also ask you to remove any posters, balloons and signs that you may put on the roads to show your guests the way.
ON YOUR DEPARTURE:
We ask you to respect this place as if it belonged to you.
Please return it in the same condition as you found it.
ROOM :
Put the chairs and benches on the tables, clean the floor
Empty the rubbish bin (selective sorting containers in the large car park below our estate)
TERRACE :
Clean the floor and check that there is no rubbish left around the hall.
SANITARIES :
Clean washbasins, toilets and windows above washbasins, empty rubbish bins
KITCHEN AREA :
Clean the sink, worktop, fridge/freezer and microwave (if fitted).
Unplug the fridge. If you are using the fridge room, do the same with the appliances you are using.
RUBBISH BINS : THE RUBBISH BINS ARE IN THE LARGE CAR PARK BELOW OUR ESTATE, ON THE WAY TO FAVERGES.
If the condition of the room is not satisfactory, we reserve the right to keep part or all of the deposit.
A cleaning option is available if you do not wish to clean up on your departure.

In case of problems:
First of all, we would like to remind you that the hall is self-managed. In other words, we give you the keys to our hall and you are on your own for the duration of your hire.
A list of emergency contact numbers (doctors, hospital, gendarmerie, fire brigade, etc.) is posted on the hall door.
In the event of an emergency concerning the hall, such as flooding, heating failure or general power cut, you can contact us on the following numbers: 06 81 33 17 91 or 06 07 500 540. A member of our team will help you as far as possible by telephone and on site if necessary.
