Because the unexpected can always happen, we are offering you cancellation insurance in partnership with Campez Couvert, so that you can book your stay at Val de Tamié with complete peace of mind.
This insurance covers you with or without proof of cancellation, depending on the conditions set out in the contract. Here's an overview of the cover we offer:
✅ Before your arrival
Cancellation with proof: you will be reimbursed the sums withheld by our establishment if you are forced to cancel your stay for a reason recognised by the insurance company (illness, accident, family contingency, etc.).
Cancellation without justification: you can also cancel without having to provide any justification. You will simply be asked for the reason for cancellation, which will have no impact on the refund.
🕓 In the event of late arrival
If you are unable to take possession of your rental accommodation within 24 hours of the scheduled date, for a reason covered by the insurance, the refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the unused nights.
⏳ In the event of early departure
If you are forced to leave early due to a covered event, you will be reimbursed for any services not used, including any cleaning costs.

Have you forgotten something in your rental property? The insurance covers the cost of sending you the forgotten item (on presentation of the original invoice).
